What this covers
This draft describes how LeadPilot would handle information collected through client websites, the assistant chat, and the client dashboard.
During the MVP phase the product is used with fictional demo data only. Do not enter real customer information.
Information we would collect
Business account information: name, email address and business profile details entered during onboarding.
Lead information submitted by visitors to a client's site: name, phone, email, requested service, property details and ZIP code.
Product usage data used to operate and improve the service.
How information would be used
To deliver the service: routing inquiries to the right business, storing leads, scheduling appointment requests and running follow-up messaging.
We would not sell personal information. Messaging and email would only be sent on behalf of the business that collected the lead.
Messaging consent
If SMS is enabled in a future release, businesses are responsible for obtaining consent from their contacts and for honoring opt-out requests. LeadPilot does not currently send any real messages.
Data storage and access
Records are stored in a hosted Postgres database and separated by business. Access rules restrict each account to the businesses it belongs to.
Your choices
Account owners can edit or delete records from the dashboard. For deletion of an entire workspace, contact support.
